Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
We work with fulfilment partners to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, public holidays or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom costs £3.95. Orders of £40 or more qualify for free standard delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we'll look into it with our carrier.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@frommyhuman.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we'll always do what we can to help resolve the issue.
